An Executive Development Seminar on Active Shooter Awareness

Presented by the NYPD Counter Terrorism Bureau

Active shooter situations are unpredictable, evolve quickly and vary from one attack to another. This program presented by the NYPD Counterterrorism Bureau will explore recommendations to mitigate the risk from active shooter attacks. This training is not only for building security personnel; it also provides guidance to individuals, including managers and employees, so they can better prepare to respond to an active shooter situation.

An Executive Development Seminar on Suspicious Mail & Packages Awareness

Presented by the NYPD Counter Terrorism Bureau

An introductory level course intended to equip members of the security community and mailroom personnel with an elementary skill-set required to detect and identify suspicious mail and packages. The course will discuss how to securely handle mail and packages; recognize and identify suspicious items; take appropriate actions upon discovering a suspicious article, and best practices for mailroom security.
