Restricted access will remain in effect for affiliates of Barnard and Teachers College. All individuals with access must present a valid Columbia University ID for entry.

All Morningside campus researchers, including faculty, officers of research, postdocs, students and technical staff, will be granted access to the campus for research activities. Click here for more information on campus access for researchers.

Access Points to Campus

Campus can be accessed at College Walk at Amsterdam and 116th Street and the Earl Hall Gate at 117th Street and Broadway. All other campus entry points are closed. Security personnel will remain in place at the Wien Gate for individuals requiring disability access to Wien Hall and East Campus.

Reminders

Disability Services is available to assist students with final exam accommodations, campus accessibility concerns, and other accommodation needs. Email [email protected] or call 212-854-2388 for assistance.

Please review and adhere to all University policies and rules, including those that apply to demonstrations, protests, sit-ins, vigils, outdoor space, and other events.

The safety of the Columbia and greater communities is the guiding principle for determining these measures. Changes in the future will be made with the safety of our community as the highest priority. These current access restrictions will remain in place until circumstances allow otherwise.

On behalf of the University, thank you for understanding the unique circumstances involved and for your patience and cooperation.
